It's tea time at the Bellaire Library as the Friends host local author Yvonne Stephens with her new poetry book called, "The Salt Before It Shakes". Join us on Thursday, February 15th @ 2p.m. for poetry, friends, tea and treats. Copies of Yvonne's book will be available for purchase.
